Any ideas you have that you think might work better as a story or a web comic or whatever floats your boat? Why not toss it out here? Then you can like...write it out for NaNoWriMo or something
I've got this idea right now which is a story about a narcissist called Alice (yes, that Alice, har de har de dar) who desperately seeks admiration. Then her chance comes when a reality show starts casting, and when she auditions, they suggest that she become their "villain character". Immediately, she accepts, knowing that everyone will watch her and love her, no matter what she says. That, or they curse the day she was born. Either way, they're talking about her. But things go to shit as people lose interest from her piling it on too thick. Or they introduce a new "villain" who steals her thunder. Basically things happen and Alice isn't having a good time.
If I wasn't busy with my diploma, that would be this years' NaNo story.

Ohhh tons of them
One of them is Pop Healer, which is about my pop idol character, Piami Yuly and her ability to heal just by singing! (She's like a muse, in a way)
I was also having like sub-ideas! Like, my half-human, half computer virus character, Shiyoko fucking shit UP, Maicy dealing with life as it is while Celesthy is a mess with acohol, Asutane dealing with how shit her sisters are (mainly the eldest, given the second oldest is.... kinda dumb and doesn't reeeaally know what she's doing..), and Arshrin dealing with his crippling anxiety. And there is also some sub-romance plots as well (I.E. Arshrin x Piami.)
Also, fun fact: Penalty All About was originally a web-novel before I got into the community.

I've had a couple for a comic that I considered making. - Xiphos Blade Comic: Action/Drama/Fantasy, A story about a poor girl with a thief friend who fight a kingdom in attempts to become rich(er), but wind up destroying enough of nature to alert the gods. Similar to TTGL in style.
- Soul of Shintei Comic: Action, A corrupt religion tries to sacrifice a girl's soul to find truth. A boy tries to stop them, but has to deal with executioners first. Another typical Shonen?
- Mythical Dimension Comic: Adventure/Action/Fantasy, A boy falls into a dimension through his mirror and must find pieces of a Chalice to return. Like a typical Shonen?
- Chu chu chu Comic: Horror/Magical girl, A group of girls get magical powers to destroy monsters, however, the "monsters" see them differently. Probably similar to a cleaner Gakkou Gurashi.
Chu Chu Chu got the most votes so I began to work on it a little. By a little I mean 2 pages. tapastic.com/series/Chu-Chu-Chu
I also have visual novel ideas. - Culinary Kakkoii is a complete and playable visual novel that is available for download. It's about cooking, that is all I'll say. www.mediafire.com/file/e0zlyapp4z2b54t/CulinaryKakkoii-1.0-dists.zip
- Mystery Murder Visual Novel: Horror/Drama, You are cursed by a nightmare doll who constantly tries to get you to kill 4 of 12 people who live in an apartment. Like a dark Undertale.
I also had this roleplay one time called "Bullet Thunder." I'm sure none of you remember it. I would want to to something with the story but more than likely there would be very minimal interest from this community, though I've heard some interest in this story elsewhere. I had an idea to make a DTMH game once. It was far too ambitious for me to actually make but the idea was basically Undertale with DTMH characters. All of my other ideas are mostly fanime. Can't think of anymore.

wiggles eyebrows ANYWAY I had a couple of ideas I'd love to play around with not in the fanime realm: Crustum Terram:
Based off that one failed RP I started a while ago; I decided to roll with it and make it my own series featuring my own characters (and myself because why not). It's about pastry chefs that find out they are actually magical girls and travel to a world of pasties that they are the protectors of. Ideally this would be a visual novel. Prelude Siciliano and Rondo:
Based of off this song and this game. Three knights search the land in need to find a new conductor (king) of their kingdom. Everything is music based and basic knight...kingdom bullshit you know the deal. This would also be a visual novel ideally.
Jellyfish Girl:
An animated short about a cute girl who falls in love with another girl but she is also a jellyfish. :-)
And an unnamed project (which is the project I would want to work on the most) is an animated short about a ghost who wants to start the perfect garden but refuses to water her plants.

//OLD ART AHOY! !!/// Soo, this is a premise I came up back in 2013 (before I got into the fanime comunnity, mind you)! It goes: Traumatic memories tend to hurt a lot, rather it’s something absolutely revolting on the internet that’s shocking or a real life event that is also traumatizing, they are still haunting. One day, some of these memories will turn into gigantic monsters and terrorize the area around the people with those memories. These monsters will be stopped by these magical worries called “Memoriors”. I always go for making realistic hurt into monsters, whoops.

The Leviathan's VeinCover art is pretty obviously unfinished... This is for a webcomic I might do in the future! The continent of Alaryn is looking to ally with one of the other 4 civilized continents of their world. Residing in Alaryn is the much-desired (and securely guarded) river of power. It is said those who bathe in its waters are granted powers from the gods. In order to find a worthy continent to ally with, Alaryn has devised a contest- a journey through their lands where contestants will be tested on intelligence, strength, valor, compassion, endurance, and stealth. Those who are left standing will represent their respective countries during Alaryn's final decision. Why the tests? What are Alaryn's true goals? Find out in The Leviathan's Vein!

I got a few....
My Friend, The Supervillain:
A story that takes place in a Marvel/DC esque world where super heroes and villains are living amongst society and break out into city-crushing battles occasionally. The main character, Icarus, is just a normal guy who one day finds himself at the aftermath of a battle between the hero Sonic Dynamo and the villain The Voidbringer. The Voidbringer is badly beaten and clearly has had his spirit broken after some harsh words from Sonic Dynamo, and its from this that Icarus feels a compulsion to cheer The Voidbringer up by taking him over to his apartment and hanging out together. The Voidbringer initially refuses to acknowledge that he may actually like the idea of having friends, but Icarus slowly starts to grow on him.
However, there's a much more dire plot happening that Icarus is unaware of. The Voidbringer has been employed by the biggest, baddest villain of them all. Black Bomb. Black Bomb commands that Voidbringer kills Sonic Dynamo and cut his ties with Icarus, or else there will be Hell to pay.
This whole story would probably either be a Webcomic or a visual (or more so Kinetic) novel.
The Imprisoned City
Based off an old RP that didn't make it too far, The Imprisoned City follows the daughter of a famous explorer, Florence Loftwill, and her friends Pluto and Amelia. An ominous fog has encompassed their home city of Avengrad, and it is this same ominous fog that has seemed to have begun transforming the general populous into hellish creatures with a violent disdain for human beings. Florence, Pluto and Amelia must fight there way through these beasts and shatter three mirrors that seal the gates to The King's District, where Avengrad's ruler Galia resides, and in Florence's theory is to blame for all the hell that has been unleashed upon the city.
This, again, would likely be a webcomic or visual novel.
The Top Ten:
This is a sort of spinoff of my current project B.U.L.L.Y.S., in where it showcases the Top Ten Students of The School of Pocketpeaks and their interactions among each other. It starts with the newest and bottom member of the top ten, Kukane 'Boulder' Hokulani receiving his new uniform after killing off the last Top Ten member. After changing, he is greeted by Number 5 student Jupiter, who then leads Boulder to meet the other 8 students. After this set up, the comic would be more along the lines of a 'mini arc' type of comic where a small, insignificant plot (as far as the MAIN story goes) plays out over the course of a few pages.
It's more so a means of developing the Top Ten students as characters and giving them more depth and building their relationships to one another so when their time comes in B.U.L.L.Y.S., they'll have actual history and personality that people can look to. Plus it could be funny and cute and get people attached to these characters. That way they will fear over the possibility of me killing them off later on.
This would definitely be a web comic, and I actually already HAVE two pages of the Prologue written, but nothing past that.
Iron Blimp:
A story about a small town in which a metal blimp floats throughout the city, which the people of the town despise. The protagonist is a young kid who wishes to find out the truth of why the town hates this blimp. When he asks about it, he is informed that the blimp houses an evil, horrifyingly powerful sorcerer who wants nothing more than to destroy the city and disrupt their way of life. The protagonist, not seeing this as true given if that WAS the sorcerer's goal why hadn't he just destroyed the city already, goes up to the tallest building in town one day and jumps onto the metal blimp as its passing.
Through a hatch on the top, the boy climbs inside the blimp to find an older gentleman who is frightened to see another person in his home. When asked why he's here, the protagonist explains that he wanted to see who the sorcerer the town spoke of was and why he's so hated. The man in the blimp explains that long ago he laid waste to the city with his power to manipulate matter, and sealed himself away as a means to ensure that he never harms the city again and can properly atone for his sins.
The boy says that if the man just EXPLAINS it was an accident and that he is truly sorry for his actions, the town would understand and would accept him as one of their own again. After debating this, the sorcerer agrees and lands his metal blimp in the town junkyard. Many of the citizens gather in the junkyard in order to see why this man has landed his blimp. They are clearly angry and frightened, seemingly ready to attack the man inside.
The boy comes out along with the sorcerer, who both sit atop the blimp while the town is screaming and shouting profanities the sorcerer's way. The boy tries to explain that the man has changed, and that he isn't as bad as everyone says he is. The town doesn't listen, and the boy is dragged away from the blimp by the town mayor. Meanwhile, smaller children (between the ages of 4 - 8) begin playing atop the small blimp near the sorcerer, who smiles at the sight of these innocent kids. One of the children, a little six year old girl, asks if the man would like to come to her house for dinner and meet her family. The sorcerer happily accepts, saying that he would love to so long as the family would accept his company.
This conversation is cut short however, as a deranged town goer who believes the sorcerer was using his magic to brainwash the children, opens fire on the blimp with a gatling gun and kills several kids, including the one the sorcerer was just talking to, and hits the sorcerer in the arm. The rest of the town joins in, throwing rocks and pieces of junk at the man and his blimp. The sorcerer becomes enraged with the cruelty of these people and their disregard for the children's lives, and manipulates the piles of garbage into giant arms and begins crushing the citizens who had gathered around the junkyard.
The Citizens panic and begin to flee, but are ultimately stopped when the sorcerer builds a giant wall around the perimeter of the junkyard to continue his killing spree. He kills about a fourth of the population until the blood loss from his bullet wound inevitably causes him to faint and thus the arms and walls he created dematerialize and the remaining town members flee the scene.
The next day, the blimp is floating around the city once more.....
And that's the end. That whole story was based on a dream I had a long while ago that is still stuck in my head. This would likely be a one-shot animation, sorta like an animated movie or something. If i ever got the time or motivation to do it, that is.
Then I also have a couple of smaller, less fleshed out ideas too.
Atlas Games:
On the planet of Atlas, a tournament is held once every 10 years to determine the new World King (Or queen or ruler, World King is just a title, nothing to do with gender). Several factions of society take notice and begin training, including an Oni Baseball Player, a Jackal Martial artist, a giant wolf lumberjack, a skimpily-dressed man with a shotgun leg who despises said Jackal and many more colorful characters after a despicable, corrupted knight steps forward claiming that HE will become the new World King.
This would likely be a webcomic or a visual novel.
Scrumptious Booty (not the actual title, I just don't have anything else yet)
A story about a pirate crew consisting of four (4) people who sail the seven seas as a traveling fast food restaurant. That is until they get into a fight at the edge of the world and the ship's navigator discovers they have the ability to partially control the ocean.
That's all I have for that, it'd be a gag, non plot-heavy web comic.
History of Jyoone / The Hollow Planet Project:
Basically a small series where i explain the lore of this giant universe I began creating a long while back. It would mainly be about Jyoone, my main world, since I havent developed any of the other 'Hollow Planets' yet but I would explain what 'Hollow Planets' are and how they tie in to Jyoone and the way it developed and what not.It wouldn't be a webcomic or anything like that, probably more along the lines of a podcast type thing or something along those lines where i show a couple of visual sequences and just go in depth about this world I've made. I don't know. I got 17 pages of stuff so far and haven't really continued fleshing it out in a long time. And maybe I'll flesh more planets out so I'd have more lore to work with.
AAAAAAAAAAND yeah, that's all of them so far. I'll post again when I inevitably think of more.

-I currently have a webcomic titled Zombies Don't Blush in the works. The plot revolves around a reanimated corpse (Lynne) who is physically incapable of blushing. She lives in a town filled with mad scientists & alchemists and their experiments. The experiments (including Lynne) live in ignorant bliss of the outside world and how abnormal they are. The most grounded resident is Nikki who longs for independence but can't afford to pay rent anywhere else. It's basically a dump for my weirder characters. -Lies Have Teeth/Hungry Lies is a dark satire that I'm not entirely sure what to do with, and the concept has more or less been done before. The story takes place in a world where lies manifest into creatures that follow people around wherever they go. The bigger the lie, the less tame the creatures can get, the more likely they'll eventually consume you. (There are circumstances where acting for the sake of entertainment doesn't rile them up). -For my senior project I've been writing a bunch of fairytale-esque prose. It'd be cool to eventually illustrate them and put them on youtube with narration, but someone told me that it's best to save them to be published. So I dunno what I'm going to do now. I just want to share them... -Object head visual novel. Yep. - The Walls Are Paper-thin is a kind of "behind closed doors" scenario thing I've been stewing over for a while now. The problem is I don't have time or I guess the confidence to work on it. Time will probably tell whether or not it actually becomes anything.

I'll probably post here multiple times since I have a lot of ideas but horrible memory unless something specifically jogs it. As some of you know based on conversations and a previous thread I make, a lot of these other ideas are based off of dreams. This one is no exception. You can actually view a concept video for it here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oq2xuCib00oIt would be a short animation about a girl going on vacation with her father and best friend. They stay at a strange hotel where people check in, but no one has recently checked out of. The pool is on the third floor above where the three main characters are staying. If you can tell based off this short clip, the pool is not exactly family friendly. It would be in the horror/thriller genre.

Death Rattle: A story lovingly created by both my fiance and I that revloves around a cast of colorful characters. The Grim Reaper, Roswell (Lesser reaper), Necromany (necromancer), Red (shapeshifter), Phil (wood nymph), James (Naga), Luther (were-Jaguar), Melanie (Succubus), Payne (Just...human), Caspar (Immortal alchemist), Jillian (former mercenary), Seriah (Chaos incarnate), and Vlad (That Vlad).
The initial story follows Roswell and Necro and the beginnings of their partnership where they try to quietly solve supernatural things in town and try to get paid. War breaks out between Reapers and Necromancers and Ros and Necro are smack dab in the middle of it all. It also deals with the concept of Reaper dealing with her selfishness and the fact that she is honestly scared.
Other stories that follow afterwards are not exactly linear. One follows Reaper and Seriah as they try to take Vlad down as he begins to destroy things in London (also one of the first introductions to Cas) and piling on even more character development. One story follows Jillian pretty much exclusively, another follows James and Luther as poachers try to kill Luther, ect, ect, ect.
I could talk for days about my babies.
Mortis (working title): Fantasy story that revolves around the concept of Domini and Belatori. One controls the other, while the other unleashes awesome power. This has more or less been weaponized in the story and the main plot point is that Chaser (MC #1) is a whisleblower who's trying to tell the world that the government is doing screwed up things to create Domini and Belatori rather than letting nature do it on it's own. Stuff happens, Chance (MC #2) gets wrapped up in it and they are fighting for their lives.
Untitled project #1: Arthur has been living the same couple of years over and over again. Watching the world end time after time and not knowing why or how this is happening to him. Resigning himself to his fate he has just continued to live out the variations of the last couple of years. Settling into a rhythm and even finding some sort of peace in it. He is brought to his senses when his apprentice, and kind and loving girl named Rachel comes to him with complaints of headaches and nosebleeds and horrible dreams about events that she should not know about, since they happened the previous timelines. Brought to his senses, Arthur is determined to save the world, the life of his wife, and the life of Rachel herself. After all, one of the constants throughout the timelines is the fact that she's always at ground zero trying to stop it.
Untitled project #2: Project that takes heavy inspirations from the Dresden Files. Following a magic user named Sasha Valentine and the pain-in-her-rear named Gem. No plot just yet, but all I know is that I really wanted a fantasy love story between lesbians.
Untitled project #3: "She had always seen things in the water". That's it. That's all I have.
